Bluebonnet Towers in Baton Rouge, LA

Benson & Falgout is proud to have been selected for the waterproofing of  Bluebonnet Towers, a dual 12-floor apartment building, is on the campus of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries in the heart of Baton Rouge. Our team is making excellent progress on this project which includes concrete repairs on the wall panels, replacement of the urethane sealant in the expansion joints with silicone sealant, and an application a hydrophobic self-cleaning waterproof coating.

Update: May 17, 2021: We are honored to have our team’s work on the Bluebonnet Towers Apartments recognized by Master Builders Solutions with the Construction Systems Project of the Year award.
